MVSD Preschool Program

Children born in 2015 or 2016 are welcome to attend the MVSD Preschool Program with a supervising adult (parent, grandparent or babysitter) from

WISE Kid-Netic Energy Science & Engineering Day Camp

WISE Kid-Netic Energy will be in Dauphin July 22-26 at Whitmore School! Spots are filling fast, so this may be your last chance to register for this science and engineering day camp. Campers will explore a variety of STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) topics including Chemistry, Agriculture, Material Science, Natural Disasters and Coding. MTS Celebrates 100th Anniversary

This year marks the 100th anniversary of the Manitoba Teachers Society, and in honour of this special year the MTS Vice-President – James Bedford, and COSL President Myles Blahut embarked on a journey to tour 100 schools across the province of Manitoba. On March 20th of this year, their tour started at Mackenzie Middle School (school #96), and then they visited all Dauphin schools within that school day. Our very own Whitmore School was the magical 100th school. They were rewarded with a celebratory cake and staff t-shirts commemorating the event. This was a great way to celebrate our schools and the fantastic work teachers do everyday across our province!
